No idea what poster number 1 means. I’ve always heard both pronounced like Wayne with D in front. Voted for Duane But Dwayne is another option, with no apostrophe.

Duane gmv. It’s very distinguished next to D’Wayne.

Sorry, but D’Wayne looks like a third grader came up with the spelling. Please give him the one with the most maturity to it. Best wishes for a safe and healthy delivery. :0)

Oh my goodness...please do NOT give your son the name D’Wayne...sounds like your want to raise a delinquent.....I hope you have higher expectations for your offspring than giving him a name that associates himself with that! Duane is the proper and decent spelling.
