What Do vs. You Think?

My husband and I are expecting a boy. We have one daughter, Mykehla Jane. We want his name to have a meaning to us, so we are considering using my maiden name, Harvard, for his first name. Then calling him Harvey. What do you think of this name?

I like Harvard for a first name. It’s unique and sounds cool. I don’t really like Harvey as a nickname although it might actually be cute on a little guy now that I think about it.

Middle name would be better, because you’d have more options and middle names are usually the place to honor someone. Good luck!
