Possible nicknames:
1. Patricia: hard to find a nn that doesn’t sound dated...maybe Addie (pATricia) or Shay/Shea for the -sha (patriCIA)? Or Cece? Or maybe Asha, like pAtriCIA? Or Tasha? It’s usually short for Natasha, but the T in Patricia could make it work. Or just Ash? Also, totally different sound, but I’ve heard Patrick nn Kit...maybe Kit could work for Patricia even without the hard C? Maaaaaybe Perry? There’s a P and an R...
2. Dorothy: Dora, Rory, Thea, Teddy (if you flip the D and T around)
3. Margaret: Mae, Maisie, Margot, Greta, Ettie/Etta, Marit/Maret, Marta

Patricia - Trish, Pat, and Patty are three nicknames I can think of off my head.
Dorothy - Dory and Dora.
Margaret - Marg, Maggie, Marge, and Peggy.
You should use Patricia for your daughter; it’s elegant enought, and has a good meaning—"noble". Dorothy and Margaret are fine, but people might associate Dorothy with "The Wizard of Oz," and Margaret is pretty common.

Most nicknames already mentioned, but for combining the first and middle names into a nickname, maybe:
Andie/Andy (ANN DorothY)
Andra (ANN DoROthy)
Molly (Margaret OLivIa)
...Not sure how to combine Patricia and Faith, but Effie could be a nickname for just Faith.
