Summer vs. Ivy

Which name and why? I’m having a hard time deciding. Middle name suggestions welcome. I like Rose and Violet as middle names but I think Summer or Ivy needs a more "traditional" middle name. I prefer modern and fresh names. Thanks!

Since Summer and Ivy are both words, I would avoid another word name in the middle spot (Violet or Rose).

No, that’s not the reason she gives for not using them. She just says ’more traditional’ - Rose is certainly a traditional middle name!

Summer, because Ivy can be poison ivy.
Personally, I wouldn’t use another word name with Summer or Ivy.
