Love Maia, Mina, Marnie and Mione!!!! I would leave the first syllable, " Her" off.
As for nicknames, Maia and Mione totally make sense, in addition to being adorable.

Oh I just saw your earlier poll and I think Hermione nn Hera is stunning! Definitely my favorite. Mina would be my next choice. Good luck :)

Hermione is pronounced her-my-uh-nee at least that’s how I pronounce it. :) Mina gmv. GL
