Maisie vs. Daisy

I will be giving one of these to my 2 year old daughter as a nickname. She is named Carley Elizabeth after her mom but we've been having some pretty major problems with her lately and I would like to call my daughter by something else. I love both of these names so it's hard for me to choose. Which would go go with?

There are tons of nicknames for Elizabeth. And that would be in keeping with the name she already has. Both Maisie and Daisy have traditionally be nicknames for Margaret or one of it's variations.

She has a cousin on her mom's side named Liberty who gets called Libby so it isn't an option for me. I don't like any of the other nicknames for Elizabeth. Thanks though, Natalie.

Maisie--but(hope this does not seem rude) make sure her mom is on board, as you do not want to confuse her. She does have a gorgeous name.....

Her mom barely comes around and barely contacts me anymore without trying to cause some sort of drama. So honestly I'm not entirely concerned about whether she is on board with this or not. I mentioned this nickname idea to her at one point but she didn't take any notice to it. Thanks for your feedback though Lucy!
