Blake and Lynn vs. Too Different In Style vs. For Siblings?

We have a son named Blake Isaiah who is getting a baby sister! We absolutely love the name Lynn. But are worried that Blake and Lynn are too different in style since Blake is super common and pretty trendy these days while Lynn is a bit more dated and 80s/90s style. Would Lynn be better as our little girl's middle name? We will definitely be using it either way. Our other first name choices are Jessa, Mia, Eloise "Ellie," Scarlett, Everly, Harper, and Serenity. ~Amanda

I would use it as a middle name, Harper Lynn is gorgeous! Or combine Jessa and Lynn? Jessalyn

Blake and Lynn sound like a nice pair of siblings. Both are short, simple and easy to remember.

I think they work fine together. Where I live Blakely is common and trendy, but not Blake. To me, they have a similar vibe.

Lynn Serenity would be pretty.

Blake & Lynn are fine for siblings.

Sibling names do not have to be the same style. I have 2 sons, George and Zane. Two different styles. They work good though :)

Good luck to you

Would Enid be too different with Blake? I forgot to add it. We love it just as much as Lynn and have been tossing around the idea of Enid Lynn as her full name. Thanks!

They are fine together. I do like Jessa though.

Enid and Blake are a little too different in style. Lynn and Blake sound like an all-American pair, but Enid is more romantic and literary.

Maybe you should use Lynda instead.

To us Lynda is even more different from Blake. We consider Lynn to be 80s/90s style while Lynda/Linda is more like 60s/70s to us. Plus I just don't really like Lynda period. Thanks though.

I don't think they really work together, same with Enid. Jessa Lynn or even Jessalyn is lovely. maybe another name with Lynn/Lyn in it?
