Honestly, I don't like it, sorry :( it reminds me of a middle-aged man named Carlos. How about:

Cara
Carina
Carissa
Carmela
Carmen
Carmina
Carys
Cerys
Chara
Charis
Charlize

No to Carlo. All boy and I say that as someone who likes unisex names.

If you choose Carolyn, do NOT spell it with a K. My name is Karolyn and I've always hated it. I hated it so much that I started to go by my middle name, Audrey, in middle school because it was so much classier. I've always thought the K spelling was a pathetic attempt at being unique, and It's a constant hassle for me to correct people on the spelling. You may think it's cute, but your daughter may not like it.

Not a fan. I'll never understand the appeal of boy names for girls.

No. Not only is it so manly but it feels tacky and made up much like Harlow and Marlow do to me.

Maybe Charlene?

I'd go with Carlotta nicknamed Carlo, though I also would suggest Carys.

I don't love it, but Carlowe with an E on the end makes it look a bit more complete.
I'm not sure what it is about it that's putting me off, because I like the sound of Carlo, it just feels a little off.
