Holden is also a last name, so I think it would sound great if you use it exactly as it is in the middle name spot.

Maybe you could use Holdens surname. I don't think Holden works for a girl and something like Hadley is too far removed.

I have seen Holden used for a few girls. If you do not like it for her first name, maybe her middle name? That is what we are doing, as it is my maiden name.

Spell it more feminine and use it as a middle name. Holdyn. However, Holden could still work. If not, maybe Hollyn/Holland?
