I think the name's sound is pretty, but that being said, if you don't live in Ireland I think your daughter's going to get pretty tired of correcting people when they mispronounce her name everyday. It wouldn't be as big of a deal as an adult, she'd probably be used to it by then, but for a little kid that'd probably get pretty old.
And yeah, poster one is right. It's spelled Saoirse.
