I like Aneleigh but you may want to play with the spelling. What I see right now is AYN-lee or ANNalee. Maybe Onaleigh?

We would’ve spelled it Analeigh, but you can see the problem there (Anal-eigh). Really don’t like Anna names. Would like to spell it with an A, but don’t see a way around anal. Help!

I really, truly doubt people would connect Analeigh with "anal", unless you decided to pronounce it literally like "anally". Aneleigh would be mispronounced, mispelled, you name it.
I think Analeigh Claire would be absolutely beautiful.
