I would go with Berkeley (she could go by Kelly if she wanted to). Blakely sounds sort of odd. It is a more striking name just Blake (which I love for girls, but I think may be popular due to that actress right now)

I love the name Berkley (its my grandfathers name) but I like it for a girl to so either Berkley or the previous posters suggestion of spelling it Berkeley.

Blakely is better... Berkeley just reminds me of the college and it seems more like a boys name. NN could be Blake or Ly

Berlin would be pretty too.
I really like Berkley, it sounds girlish and like real name. Blakely sounds kind of made-up to me, but Blake would be wonderful!
