To me, it’s the "Le" with the S then capitalized part that makes it a little feminine. Lesean or Leshaun would be better.

I really dislike LeShawn...Le in French means the...therefor it’s like calling your child Angelo TheShawn...not good...

The fake french "Le’ makes it girly AND dumb.
Le means "the"...what the @#*&$?
I think the italian version of Sean D’Angelo might work, if you are just looking for a solid name with some african american heritage (which in this case is also Italian).

Yeah in French Le means The, so it’s like TheShawn, not so great, and I don’t like.

The A and the L are significant in the name....Aunts are Lashonda and Shawna.....Any other suggestions for L or T mn? Angelo sticks...
well i really dont care if anyone thinks leshawn is "lehorrid" you need to find a way to make a comment that doesnt offend anyone or hurt there feelings. leshaun does sound more masculine.
