I love it spelled Leah or Lia but I voted for Lia because it is not as common as the spelling Leah.

I would choose Leah, and I bet that most people, if told "Hi, my name is Leah," would guess that it was spelled Leah. Meaning that even if you spell it Lea or Lia, she’s going to get an awful lot of mail, documents, etc., that say Leah on them.

Leah is pretty as is and spelling it this way will help prevent her from a lifetime of correcting people (what a pain!). I love the name though!

Leah is a beautiful spelling! The other two look not made up but almost not as complete as Leah. Save your daughter a lot of trouble and spell her name Leah. It is gorgeous!

No one really looks at popularity in written names. It’d be pronounced the same anyway, so go with the original, Leah. Unless you change the pronunciation, in which case Leigha (Lay-a) would be the best.

I love Lia. It is a bit different from the normal spelling (Leah) but there shouldn’t be any pronunciation problems (Mia, Pia etc). Apparently some people pronounce Lea as lay-ah (no clue why it’s leia) or lee (again a different name)
