Maggie is adorable, but I really dislike Magnolia. I would just name her Maggie or use Margaret, Megan or something similar.

Magnolia is ridiculous. Doesn’t sound like a name at all. and all I can think of is the Grateful Dead song "Sugar Magnolia"...please consider....

I really like Magnolia with the nn Maggie. But I would only use it if your other daughter also has a classic, kind of old-fashioned name. Hayley and Magnolia or Madison and Magnolia, for example, wouldn’t be a good idea imo.
You could also use Margaret with the nn Maggie.
