Shianne vs. Shian vs. ???

Hi, I’m new here. I’m preg. with baby number 2, due May 27th, 2009. We decided to keep the gender a surprise, so I’m looking for boy and girl names. I REALLY like the name Cheyenne, but I don’t like that spelling. Can you guys help me pick a different spelling? Thank you!

I’m French canadian and have only seen the name Cheyenne on this website
is it really pronounced like Shianne?

My good friend spells it Cheyanne. Shianne and Shian are hidious, to be honest.
