I don’t really like Sawyer Cathrine. I love the middle name nicole, but not mariah. I love the first name Nadia, but not marie. Maybe Nadia Nicole?

I guess it can be. You can use any name you want for either. You could name a girl Thomas or a boy Savannah but that doesn’t make it cute in most people’s opinions

I agree that Sawyer works better for a boy. It conjures up a very boy image when I hear it. Just my opinion though. I voted for Mariah all of your middle name choices will work good.
