Evan vs. For A Girl?
I know it sounds funny but my husband loves the name Evan but it’s too common for a boy and he wants to use it for a girl ever since he saw that actress Evan Rachel Wood had it as her first name. I am not sure about using it as a fn for a girl. Please tell me what you think.

My husband and I have a daughter Evan Rose, We loved the name. I’ve heard it on a couple of other girls so its gaining numbers, Its a really nice name for a girl. if you like it go for it! Good luck!

I think it’s cute! I actually wanted to use Evan for our daughter after seeing Evan Rachel Wood, lol. I have a friend that named her daughter Kendra Evan and they call her Evan. I think it’s adorable.

To the mom’s with daughter’s named Evan do they like or dislike having an unisex name. How do they feel about it? Would you give them two first names Evan (Something really girly) or just give them a girly middle name.

I actually like it. I do know a little girl named Evan. I think her middle name is Margaret, but I could be wrong!
