I prefer Bryan to Michael. Why do some people call him by his mn?

I voted for Michael but only because I really dislike Brian spelled with a Y. It is much more classic spelled Brian. Michael is too common and overused IMO. GL!!

As for personal preference, I like the name Michael better...but Bryan is fine too, and if his name is Bryan, people should call him Bryan. I don’t understand why people would call him by his middle name.
