It definitely needs a full name. The only one I can think of is Cameron, but I don’t really like it on a girl....maybe Carmen?

If you are going to call her Cammi, then name her Cammi!!
if you feel like you need a full name I would go with Camille!

I actually have the same problem! We’re adopting a little girl named Cammie (no full name or middle) and we think she needs a full name. We’re leaning towards Camellia. We were thinking Camea but it sounded like "Come here" whenever I said it out loud.
She definitely needs a long name. Nicknames aren’t full names. Give her something to grow up with.

I love Cammie (or cami or Kami). I don’t think a full name is needed, plus none of the ones suggested are as cute as Cammi!
