Nikolai vs. We need help

I’m thinking of naming my son Nikolai. Do you like the name? Do you foresee any problems with it? Do you think it’s alright to have such an "ethnic" sounding name in a family full of Michael and Joseph’s? Please suggest middle names. Thank you.

I think it’s fine! It’s much better than all the overused names like Nicholas and Michael and Joseph!

It’s fine but I think about Satan because in the Left Behind Series and Books this is the name of the Anti-Christ.

I think its a great name. you just have keep in mind the fact that others will want to start calling him Nick and then people will automatically want to call him Nicolas. Just something to remember but personally I love it.
