Karen vs. Helen vs. Nicole

**READ FIRST!*** Okay, So I need your help on which confirmation name to pick, Karen is my mothers name, Helen is my grandmothers name, and Nicole is just one of my absolute favorite names in the whole entire world, more reasons to why I like this name. I think that Tabitha Marie Nicole flows the best...but I think that your confirmation name should have some meaning behind it. I would say pick your grandmother’s name.

You could always save Nicole for your first daughter since it’s your fave name...

Helen is a lovely name. You could have Helen Nicole or Karen Nicole.

arent confirmation names supposed to be a saints name? i just remember that from when i had to pick a name but anyways are those names you posted saint names or can u pick whatever u want? i like Helen out of the three because i always like traditional family ties. its probably also a saints name (im not really sure tho).

If you arent sure you should read about each saint and see which one inspires you the most. They will be your patron saint so maybe you will feel a connection with one of them after reading about them.

I think Nicole is a very nice name and a middle name could be Karen or Helen like

Well, I really like all the meanings (another reason I’m stuck!)

St. Helen built churches to promote christianity
St. Karen, I don’t really understand this one

St. Nicholas/Nicole (Also, my #1 favorite boys name in the world!) Helped the the poor, especially children (which I love!) He worked to protect the innocent and minister to those who were wronged. Eventually, the stories of his kindness evolved into the legend of Santa Claus.


I’m really stuck!

I like Helen the best. It honours your grandmother and is a good saint.
But what is a confirmation name? I had my confirmation, but we never had to have a different name...?
