Ellen Leigh vs. Ellie Quinn vs. Ellen-Leigh Quinn

My husband and I would trying to incorporate family names when it comes to naming our daughter. Our sons name is Byron Allan Vann - Byron is my husbands late grandfather and Allan is my late father. Ellen is my mothers middle name and Leigh is his mothers middle name. Quinn is both of our great grandmothers maiden names - no we’re not related :) Anyways, we can’t decide which name we like best ~ any suggestions?

We have a boy named Tyler James and a girl named Gypsie Jade. Expecting our 3rd, which is a boy. I'm in love with the name Olly, but my partner thinks Gypsie and Olly are unique names and Tyler is not, so it won't feel right. So he wants an ordinary name. Please help with something unique but ordinary.
