I definetly thought Kezlee was a girl.
Maybe consider something more masculine?

Is it KEYZ-lee?

I can’t see it on a little boy or a grown man. Sorry. All the names looked made up except for Alec.

and you can’t see Lenny on a little boy or grown man? Sorry:) Not trying to be rude but that’s just my opinion:) We don’t care for Leonardo! But thanks for the suggestion!

Now don’t get me wrong I see nothing wrong with letting siblings help with the naming of their brother/sister. But, at least kind them in a certain direction. Maybe give them a list you like and then have them pick one. My son wanted to name his sister Corndog. And that would have been silly.

My son wanted a baby brother named Dino. I totally agree with you army wife. You said it so nicely, too. 5th poster, I’m confused...

I would add something to help with pn, because I would have said kez (rhymes with pez) lee...

Keyslee or Keislee (my top choice) maybe?

Keislee Nicholas
Keislee Matthew
Keislee James

Definately needs a strong masculine middle name!

Hope this helps!!

Everyone is trying to help, but she said the name stays...we are giving opinions, which this poll is meant for.

I think I was being helpful. Hmm.
But, Keeley is cute but maybe not as masculine. I do love Keegan.

I thought it was pronounced the way it looks (KEZ-lee)

Well, either way. I don’t much care for the first name at all. But, if the name stays, then I pick Alec.

It is pronounced Kez-Lee like it looks. We just want middle name suggestions. A friend has a little boy named Kezley and he has not been picked on yet. I think there are worse names one could come up with. By the way, she is 9yrs old, not little enough not to understand what is going on....

sorry to say but I don’t like the name and it doesn’t sound good with any of the middle names.

Good luck anyways.

why can’t you make Kezlee the middle name? And why would you wat the same name for your son as your friend?

Ryland Kezlee
Alec Kezlee.

Kezlee Paxton
Kezlee Zavier

Use a VERY, VERY masculine mn, that is plainer and not trendy...
Michael
Jonathan
Daniel
Thomas
Ryan
Scott
Matthew

I don’t think you should tell him that his older sister named him, though.

What middle name does she want? You are sure giving a nine year old a lot of power...good luck.

^^ agrees about the "power".

Just mn suggestions. What we choose to let our nine yr old do is our business. There is nothing wrong with that. She is just as much a part of our baby’s life as anyone else in our family. We are glad she is interested in him, and we think this will make them closer as brother and sister. It isn’t like she is wanting to name him something terrible. Thanks.

Could have fooled me.

No need to be rude. We just thought this might help us decide. We will just name our child ourselves and not fool with this anymore. Thanks for the positive comments.

Maybe you gave us too much info. Just posting the name would have been better...you made letting your daughter choose be our business when you stated it in your poll. If you are fine with the name, then there is really no problem. Pick your own middle name...whatever you see fit...good luck.

My apologies...we were only trying to help. Sometimes when you are reading comments, they sound "ruder" and "meaner" than they were intended, sorry.
posted by guest :: 15 years ago | report
way to feminine........
posted by guest :: 15 years ago | report
Way to girly. I know a guy named Kezlee, and he is a laughing stock at school. Sorry. Hope things work out!

Kezlee Alec though, that sounds good. :)
