how do you know that your baby will be tall and have red hair?

I agree, definitly no Ginger, Rose or Ruby. When I think of red-heads, I tend to think of Irish names though but I think that something not-overly-cutesy would be best. I’ve got a bunch of freckles (and had reddish hair as a kid) myself and I used to get annoyed with being called cute all the time when other girls would be called pretty. Whatever name you choose, just make sure it’s one that’s sophisticated and pretty and not just for a cute little red head :)

Aurora would be a good substitute for Rory as pp suggested....I’m from Alaska and the Aurora Boreallis is sometimes red, and it is awfully pretty. Pretty name too.

My little red haired daughter is named Rosalie Madalyn.

Maybe these names Amber (because of Ember and the names are similar and Amber is an orange/red color), Garnett (a red gemstone), Ginger an English word which meant a red or orange color), Holly (a plant with red berries), Phoenix (which means dark red or a red feathered bird), Robin (a red chested bird), Rosalyn (an English word which means Rose of Beauty), Ruby (a red gem), Rowan (red berry tree), Autumn (because of the red leaves), Aubrey ( don’t know what it means but it is a beautiful name), Coral ( a red or pink plant that grows in the ocean),

My name is Ruby, so even though I am not a red head, that does kind of offend me. Just saying. I don’t know why I am doing this, this was posted a while ago. I like the name Amy though.
