I don’t like Adeleigh/Adelee either. It sounds made-up. How about Adelyn, Adelaide, or Adeline?

Adalie. "lee" names are all spelled "leigh" right now and will look quite trendy later. I considered this name, but many people pointed out that it does sound like Natalie without the N. Adalyn is slightly less confusing. I agree with PP (adelaide,etc., although it is not a "made up" name.
