Ellen Rosalind vs. Alice Kathryn vs. Esme Margaret
We are trying to decide between Ellen, Esme, and Alice as first names. We like things with a classic and olf fashioned feel to them. We’re not totally sure about middle names at this point, but these are some of our ideas. Which first name do you prefer? And which middle name goes best? Thanks, Kylie and Christopher

I really like Alice. That’s so classy and will age perfectly. As for a mn, I like all 3. Kathryn or Margaret would probably go best though.

You may want to steer clear of Esme, as there is apparently a charcter named Esme in the popular Twilight books.
I’ve never read them personally, but if you’re a fan of classics, you probably wouldn’t appreciate people thinking you got your daughter’s name from a teen novel series.
I went with Ellen. I think it’s very underused and lovely with Rosalind.
If I was having a girl I might do Margaret Alice for my husband’s grandmas and call her Maisey or Greta.
