Adeline vs. Adelyn

how do you pronounce Adeline? Do you say the ending Line or Lynn? If I wanted to say Lynn would I need to spell it Adelyn? Thanks!

I prefer Adelyn - probably b/c I prefer Madelyn over Madeline (long i) - but then again, I’ve heard Madeline pronounced both ways too... hum... good question.

personally if I see Adeline,Madeline or Caroline-I say line.and if I see Adelyn,Madelyn or Carolyn I say Lynn.
