Nazira is so pretty and unique! I think it’s great to honor a family member with a name.

Cecelia (nn Celia) got my vote, but Samira (nn Sami or Mira) would also be cute. It’s hard, because I like all three of your names. Good luck.

Nazira all the way. Too many S sounds in cecilia sardella. same for samira. it’ll sound like she’s leaking air when she introduces herself!
