Naming a child after a movie character? There’s a movie I love and I love the main characters name too. It’s a movie she wouldn’t be able to watch until she is a teenager. The name is a bit different but not completely out there (there’s also a celebrity child with the name). What do you think? Should I use the name?

Hi. I am due in four days with my second baby girl. My husband and I have avoided talking about names for the entire pregnancy but now we are really worried. We don’t have any names we love that go nicely with our 3yr old daughter, Melanie Rose. We’d really appreciate if you suggested some names to us. Thank you!!

Other than Wyatt or Riley, what are some other boy names that would go well with Aidan, Anders, Declan and Ronan? Please suggest at least 2 names.

I prefer Keaton on girls but I’m wondering what comes to your mind when you hear Keaton: a boy or a girl? Thanks :)

See 1st comment for middle names we are considering for Tabitha. Which ones do you like/dislike, and why? Other suggestions welcome, but prefer biblical or biblically-derived names. Last name is single syllable and starts with hard "G." Thanks!

I can’t narrow it down enough yet for a poll. I really just need some suggestions. I like older names that aren’t very popular. I have a Vincent Evan, Penelope Claire, and Aubrey Rose already. Would like something that goes with siblings. Thanks Rebekah

Hey everyone! I think I’m finally convincing my husband to name our baby girl the name I have fallen in love with! There are about a million different ways to spell it so I’d like your advice on the best spelling :-) Keep in mind: It will be pronounced uh-la-nuh NOT uh-layne-uh. I want the best spelling for her NOT to be called Alaina :-) - Alana -Alahna -Alanna -Alanah -Alannah -Allana -Allahna Thanks!

We also really like Lucy, Molly, Willow, and Sunday! I would at least like to get a top 5 out of all of these!

Or Jayson/Jason? Which name do you like? The middle name will be Thomas or Elijah. Which combo do you like?

We don’t really want to have to spell our daughter’s name as Aleena. Do you think people will pronounce it correctly if we spell it Alina?
