Our three favorite names!
We’re having a girl and are set on the name ’Paris’ as a first name. We are stuck on middle names though. We want some beautiful, frilly, and unusual. So please no names suggestions like Grace, Rose, Kate, etc. Also, we don’t like names like Elenor, Beatrice, Vivian and so on. Please try to keep it modern-ish. Lol. Thanks!
My partner and I both have strong family traditions of using family names, however, I am against using family names for first names due to my own negative experiences (although I am fine with using them for middle names). My partner is insisting on using a family name for our kids first name, but I really dislike his families first names. I am happy to compromise and use it as a middle name, but it is really important to me that our child has their own name. What should I do? Use a family first name and new middle name, just calling him by his middle name? Use a new first name and keep a family middle name? I want to make life as easy for my child as possible, but I also want to choose a name both his parents like.
