If you have to explain how a name is pronounced that I wouldn't use it because it will always be pronounced wrong and most likely spelled wrong too.

Why is it an important name? Could it be split into two names? These don't seem like names that a kid could write in Kindergarten or first... it will be a struggle for them and their friends and their teacher. They also are not names I could picture on an adult.

Appolinariya gmv. Gorgeous. If she goes by a nn I don't see why a stunning classic that has such meaning for you can't be used.

Apollina sounds best to me, and gets you nice nicknames the others don't (Lina, for ex).
Might help to know where you are located. These are totally foreign to most Americans so be ready for raised eyebrows and questions… but they are really not be that hard to learn.
