It's cute. I like the Evia spelling best, and I'd pronounce it EH-vee-uh or eh-VEE-uh.
I'd pronounce Eviyah eh-VEE-uh.
I'd pronounce Eviyah eh-VEE-uh.
I'd probably pronounce Eviyah like Aaliyah - like eh-VEE-ah. But I'd probably province Evia like EH-vya or EH-vee-ah.
