We are having twins a boy and a girl.My boyfriend likes Kayston Paul and I like the name Paisley, but spelled PAYSLEE. We wont a middle name that starts with a P or a K. THANKS ALOT

Payslee Kenna would gmv. The Y is tacky and it changes the pronunciation of Kenna (if that's what you want). Kenna is Kehn-ah while Kynna is Kin-nah.

I also like Payslee Kenna not Kynna
Never hear of Kayston before but it doesn't sound bad. Forcing another y into Kynna though makes the whole pairing a bit too tacky though. Kayston Paul and Payslee Kenna works better

I would definitely prefer Paislee Kenna. The Y in Kynna makes it look very trendy and kind of tacky to me. Also Kynna looks like it could be pronounced kie-nuh (kie is pronounced like the first part of Kyle or Kylie).
