It's very nice. I could imagine a beautiful little girl named Scarlett. I could imagine it on the birth announcement. People like to e first poster find ridiculous negatives about every name. Go for the name you love!!

I think it's a very pretty, fun, feminine name :) Plus, lots of nn options like Ari, Carly, Lettie, etc.

I like the name a lot! A few years ago, I subbed in a first grade class and there was a little girl named Scarlett. Until then, I had liked the name, but after hearing it on an actual person, I really came to love it. I asked her middle name and she told me it was Victoria. Wow! That's a really great name, if you ask me. Scarlett Victoria!

What's wrong with red? I think it's a nice color. And the nn Scar is so edgy in a cool way which she may like, and if not, there's her full name or Har- styled nn's. But Scarlett is def the prettiest and doesn't need a nn in my humble opinion. It's a nice alternative to Charlotte

Red is forbidden in many religions. Signifies death, sex, blood, anger, and you wouldn't wear red to a wedding or in a church. Why wear it on a child.
