I like Liana but I would say it as (Lee-AH-na) instead of (Lee-Ann-ah)

I like Lianna or Leanna, but it does depend on how you want it pronounced.

I agree with the other comments.
I wouldn't use the Lianna spelling at all.
As for the other two it depends how you want it said.
I'd say Liana as Lee-ah-nuh.
I'd say Leanna as Lee-ann-uh.
Both are really nice but I love Liana most of all!

I like Liana the best! But I think it would depend on how you pronounce it. I pronounce it as Lee-anne-uh...
