Twin sister vs. for Millie

We've had the name Millie Josephine aka Millie Jo, picked out since we knew we wanted to have children. We need a name that goes with Millie for baby B. We do like matching and non matching names so any suggestions are welcome. We had thought about another 'ie name' like Callie or Ellie, but nothing is standing out to us. Please leave any suggestions. We would be appreciative of the help.

I am a twin girl and I always recommend not using matching names. You don't want to make them feel like a set.

Millie Josephine/Millie Jo has a bit of a country feel to it. I like names that match in vibes - not sounds. Maybe something, taking or leaving the additional middle name nickname, like:

Millie Jo and
Clara Bethany (Clara/Clara Beth)
Anna Katherine (Anna/Anna Kate)
Tessa Louise (Tessa/Tessa Lou)
Flora Margaret (Flora/Flora Mae)

Or, Millie Jo's twin really doesn't need a middle name nickname at all:
Bridget Emily (Bri/Brie/Bree)
Hazel Vivian
Cassie Eleanor
Daphne Madeline

As you have a full name with one of the names being shorterned / sounding like it - ie Millie sometimes being short for Amelia etc I think that theme would flow. How about…
Millie Josephine (Millie Jo) &

Aimee Isabella (Aimee Belle)
Charlotte Roselle (Charlie Rose)
Daisy Elizabeth (Daisy Ella)
Evie Florence (Evie Flo)
Josie Angelina (Josie Anna /Josie Anne)
Katie Janine. (Katie Jane)
Maggie Katherine (Maggie Kate)
Maisie Luella (Maisie Lou)
Stella Beatrice (Stella Bea)

Like any? Good luck.
