Hi all, so this is kind of unusual for this board so apologies if it's not allowed. My name is Monique and I'm getting married soon. I am going to legally change my middle name when I change my last name. My middle name is Elisabeth, and while I don't hate the name, I was named in honor of a family member who ended up doing something pretty unforgivable & no longer want the association. I've wanted to change my name, so this is my chance to start anew. (If it matters, I'm from a very French and Middle Eastern family, but like names from all cultures). My new last name will begin with a hard C and be one syllable. Thank you in advance!
