Probably. A lot of parents ive *personally met* would rather combust than give their child a name within the top 300 so I wouldn't be surprised if Seraphina rose to popularity. Cause aside from my own experience, its just a fact that a lot of expecting parents want something new and different and I get that. I do think it'll rise up but definitely not to top 50 or probably even top 100.
