Still undecided on these 2 names. Love both! To go with a one syllable surname. Middle name for Maeve would have more than one syllable, eg Lily. Middle name for Maeva would have one syllable eg Grace

I don't have a strong preference. But I do think some two syllables middle names would be fine with Maeva. Maeva Lily, using your example, sounds sweet.
