I don't think you should choose a name if you only like it misspelled, and themes are absolutely unnecessary and can be broken any time.

Depends on if you are pronouncing it Muh-kayla (MaKayla)or Mic-kayla (McKayla). I don't like the MiKaela spelling though.

Those spellings are all terrible with the caps in the middle.
Makayla, no silly caps, or Michaela are the only spellings that don't look ridiculous.

How about Mikaila? I was reading that you use capital letters in names so maybe MiKayla? Love the idea though, capital would be so unique.
