Marlo for a girl. It is the only spelling that looks feminine.

Not sure on the gender. All of them are great for a boy. I would reluctantly choose Marlo for a girl but much prefer Margo.

Marlo is an actual girl name, starting as a nn for Margaret, the others are masculine surnames.
