Lila Maeve vs. Isla Maeve vs. Ayla Maeve
Which first name do you like for our little girl? Obviously we will only ever be able to use one of these names as they have the same ending so don't want to regret the one we chose. We will probably wait and see which name suits her when she is born, but want to get some outside opinions. Comments welcome. Thank you!

We are going with the AY-la Pronunciation for Ayla, but I do understand with what you are saying about the pronunciation and not knowing which way to say it. I have heard AY-la and EYE-la for the Ayla spelling. Thank you for your comment.

I love Ayla. Most people know how to pronounce it. Lila is nice too. I'm not crazy about Isla

Lila Maeve is gorgeous. I mean so is Isla and Ayla as well, but I love Lila.

I love the sound of Isla Maeve! Lila is cute but tongue twisterish with the Ls in such a short name. Ayla is pretty but always looks like it should be Kayla.
