While we were looking for a short and snappy name for our girl we stumbled upon Lua. We love the meaning "moon" and find it a really simple yet unusual name. But we would like some outside opinions before we start to seriously consider it. Thank you in advance!

I'm not quite sure about it. I want to like it. It's pretty in sound, but I feel like its missing something. I do like it's meaning though. I'd definitely consider it but be open to other options.

Luna is prettier. I would suggest Selena cause it means moon. Too.

I agree with Mak, I want to like Lua, but I just can't get there. It feels off to me, like it's a misprint for Luna or Lia. I don't really know why, either.
