I would actually pronounce it like Kira or Kiara when I look at it.

The way you've spelled, I think I'd say see are uh. I personally prefer Sierra, see air uh.

When it's spelled that way it's actually an Irish name in the Irish language and it's said like Kira or KEE-uh-ruh. Actually that's where the name Keira comes from, it's the English spelling of the name.

I have, however, seen Cierra or Ciera pronounced like Sierra, and Chiara is Ofc said like Kyara.

Ciara is keer-uh or Kiera. Sierra is see-air-uh. Chiara is kee-are-uh. I've never heard of see-are-uh... To avoid confusion, I would probably spell it Siara?
