I think Elizabeth is the best name out of the three. It's classic and timeless, and it has a really beautiful sound. Beth is also a great option, but I think Elizabeth stands out more and has a more elegant feel.

I think personally it's best to choose one name/nickname rather than going by the full name, and a nickname consistently or going by 2+ nicknames. Of course her preference me change of what she prefers to be called as she gets older and that's perfectly fine! I prefer Elizabeth out of the three

I think Beth could work on its own. It's short, sweet but still sophisticated. It's not too cutesy and wouldn't look weird on an older woman. Elizabeth is nice and all but kind of pedestrian. It'll take her like two seconds to say Beth isn't short for anything
