There is no direct feminine version but you can get close to the sound with something like Zahira.

Zaharina and it's diminutive Zara are Macedonian and Bulgarian female forms of Zachary. Zacharina is an Anglicized version. Zachara is an English female form, though it's not common. Zakia isn't actually related but has a similar sound.

You could also go with shared initials. For example, if Zachary's middle name is/was William, ZW initials could work.

The only feminine form I know of is Zaharina, which is a Bulgarian and Macedonian feminine form of Zechariah.

(Zechariah is the original name that Zachary comes from. Zachary is a English form of Zacharias, which is the Greek form of Zechariah.)

You could also possibly use Zachariah, even though it's actually a masculine variant of Zechariah, it sounds a bit more feminine than Zachary to me.

Zara is used as a nickname for Zaharina. As previously mentioned by other commenters, Zaharina is a feminine form of Zachary.

Girl version is Zacharee. Maybe Zacharee Lynn or something really girly for the middle name be nice. Or Zakelina and Zacharia are pretty.
