Michelle is not my cup of tea, but you should use it if you like it. It is decent enough for a girl and 10x better than the modern names parents use for their children, like Brinleigh or Bladen.

As a Jessica who grew up with a TON of Michelles, I'm just pretty sick of it. I think it will have its time again, as it's a nice sounding name, but there are too many in my generation and my mom's generation for it to be appreciated right now.

It was very popular in the 1970s which makes it feel dated at the moment.

It's a nice enough name, but I'm over it for another generation or more. In my family alone, there are 4 females with this as a middle name. Two spell it Michelle and the other two spell it Michele.
