Stephanie Rose would be my pick. Stevie could be her nickname. I'm not sure either one quite manages to honor Evie, just because it rhymes.

I think Evie Rose (maybe Evangeline Rose) would be good enough. A bit too many names IMO.

I would do Evie Rose. Stevie is soo masculine and unappealing. I wouldnt burden my child with that. Evie honours very well.
