Elisa is more likely to be pronounced the way you want. Elysia is more likely to be pronounced Ee-lie-shuh.

I would pronounce Elysia the way you want, el-lee-see-uh, whereas Elisia I'd probably say like el-liss-ee-uh

Elysia will be pronounced the way you want as my girl is Elysia and nobody has any problems saying it that way xx

I have only ever met one and her name was spelled Elysia.
